Reporting to the COO, Cameron will be responsible for development of Product Delivery Capabilities (including implementation, training, support). Specifically:

1) Establishing a formal Implementation Process and Approach for the company's products.

2) Build an Implementation Team.

3) Drive development of a Training Model and Product Materials.

He'll also be responsible for development of Product Management Processes and Capabilities. Specifically:

1) Competitive analysis, positioning

2) Market/Product Requirements Development

3) Product evangelism

4) Sales and Marketing channel support

5) Product Line Development/Management.

Cameron said this was an early stage, high growth company that was in his geographic preference, and that his only problem was deciding among four offers. He also said some good things about SET:

"Within the system/portal, the database source research services were the most helpful. The online site with 'pointers' to other job boards, etc. were helpful to get started on the campaign. Lots of good educational material and advice for someone who has not done a"job search" in many, many years. Dick was excellent to work with. I'd recommend him anytime. Very solid experience, and very objective view points. Great consultations with him!"
